Privacy Policy

We collect only what is necessary to provide the QuantAI service:

Account Information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google's OAuth service. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Trade Data. Any trades you enter manually or import into your journal are stored in your private account. This includes trade dates, tickers, P&L figures, notes, and any tags or journal entries you create.

Brokerage Connection. If you connect a Charles Schwab account, we store an OAuth access token issued by Schwab that allows us to fetch your trade history on your behalf. We never receive, store, or transmit your Schwab username or password.

Subscription Data. We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe handles all payment card information — we never see, receive, or store your card number, CVV, or billing details. We store only your subscription tier (e.g., Starter, Pro, Elite) and subscription status as reported by Stripe's webhook.

AI Queries. When you request AI analysis, your trade data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate insights. This data is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy as well.

We use the information described above solely to:

• —Create and maintain your QuantAI account
• —Display your trade journal, analytics, and performance metrics
• —Sync trades from your connected brokerage
• —Generate AI-powered trade analysis and coaching insights
• —Process your subscription payments through Stripe
• —Respond to support requests you send us

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share data only with the following service providers to the extent necessary to operate the platform:

• —Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• —Anthropic — AI analysis of your trade data. Governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• —Charles Schwab — trade data sync via their official OAuth API. Governed by Schwab's Privacy Policy.
• —Vercel / cloud infrastructure — hosting and database services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of QuantAI, its users, or the public.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your trade data, journal entries, and account information will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• —Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
• —OAuth-based authentication — we never store passwords
• —Database access restricted to the application layer only
• —Brokerage tokens scoped to read-only trade data access

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

You have the right to:

• —Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• —Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• —Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
• —Portability — request an export of your trade data

QuantAI is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of QuantAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

For material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the app.
