Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using QuantAI. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Quant AI LLC governing your access to and use of the QuantAI trading journal platform.
By accessing or using QuantAI (quantai.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms apply to all users of QuantAI, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers. Quant AI LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use QuantAI. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

QuantAI is a journaling and analytics tool only. QuantAI does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services. Nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
You may register using your Google account via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
You agree to notify us immediately at hunter.o.walker@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
Billing. QuantAI offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Pricing. Current plan pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Failed Payments. If a payment fails, your account may be downgraded or suspended until payment is successfully collected.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
When you connect a brokerage account, you authorize QuantAI to retrieve your trade history via the broker's official OAuth API. This connection is read-only for trade data — we do not have and cannot obtain the ability to place trades, transfer funds, or modify your brokerage account.
You may disconnect your brokerage at any time from your account settings. Disconnecting will stop future syncs but will not delete previously imported trade data.
QuantAI uses Anthropic's Claude to generate trade analysis and coaching insights. AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice.
AI analysis is based solely on the trade data available in your account. Past performance patterns identified by AI analysis do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make.
The QuantAI platform, including its design, code, brand, and content created by us, is the property of Quant AI LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your trade data and journal entries remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
QuantAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data synced from your broker will be complete or accurate. Market data and trade information displayed may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.
QuantAI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quant AI LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or lost data.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quant AI LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may close your account from your settings page or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We will delete your account data within 30 days of termination, unless retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of QuantAI shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hunter.o.walker@gmail.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quant AI LLC regarding the service.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so in the future.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
